Dear FAF Members and Friends,
Congratulations Royce and Zard and me, Laura! Our new website is up and running and it is time for you to check it out and become active with us on line.
Your member privileges include the following:
Login--To start your user name will be the first part of the e-mail address you gave us. In my case it would be Lsalaate. Your password at this time is fab1347. You will need to use these for your first login. You may continue to use this user name and password as long as you wish. If you would like to make it more personal, you may change it. Follow the directions on the screen.
Complete Profile--You may add other information than we have listed on the member list. Check this item on the menu and add as you wish. To save, check the save button. To exit, click the red "X". Note that you can also add a picture. Wouldn't that be fun? I'm going to try it some day.
Submit News--I do not have the corner on the news. You can add your news to the website. To do this, click "Submit News". Write the article as you would write any computer message. To save click the save button. To exit, click the red "X." We can all read your news that way. There is an editor function, so your article will not appear until Royce or I have read it and pressed the edit button.
Submit Web Link--Click "Submit Website" This will make our website more valuable to all web users and help our compatible sites. Note that at this time there are only our two agencies listed. Again to save click "Save." To exit the function, click the red "X".
Remember to exit, use the red "X" if it is shown.
We will be sending out a the winter newsletter as soon as we get the final information about the Rotary Grant we are expecting.
We hope you like the new website. We are very interested in how we can communicate back and forth more easily.
To see all the items on the website, look at "Latest Articles."
To give your comments and suggestions, contact me at laura@fabulousafricanfabrics.org or royce@tdandt.com or put it on line in "Submit News."
Have fun.
Laura Salazar, FAF Executive Director
